1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Video Hub operated by Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd.

By subscribing to the Video Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

5. Refund Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that this results in the loss of your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Lack of use
  • Change in personal circumstances

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd.

No refunds will be issued based on changes to content.

You may not:

  • Share your login details
  • Distribute, reproduce, or resell any content
