1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of everything Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd provides through this site, including:
• the Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Video Hub
• Understanding Your Learner
• Micro Refinement
• Reflect and Reflect PRO
• the Code of Practice Compliance Packs
• any other course, download, resource or subscription we offer
In these terms, these are called our “products”.
By subscribing to, buying or accessing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not buy or use our products.
2. Description of products
Our products provide digital training content and resources for driving instructors, trainee instructors and driving schools.
Content may include, but is not limited to:
• Pre-recorded training videos
• Online courses and programmes
• Downloadable resources, templates and documents
• Educational materials
All content is delivered digitally via an online platform. Each product’s sales page describes what is included.
3. Subscriptions, one-off purchases and payment
Some products, such as the Video Hub, are provided on a subscription basis. Others, such as our courses, programmes and Compliance Packs, are a one-off payment and not a subscription.
By buying any product, you agree to:
• Pay the advertised price or subscription fee
• Provide accurate billing information
• For subscriptions, maintain an active payment method
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Unless a sales page says otherwise, one-off purchases give you ongoing access for as long as the product is available on this site.
Discount codes are valid only for the products and dates stated, and cannot be applied after purchase.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
• You will not be charged again
• Access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date.
5. Refund policy
All our products, including subscriptions, online courses and downloadable products, provide immediate access to digital content.
By making a purchase, you expressly agree to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that this results in the loss of your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
All payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:
• Unused subscription time
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Lack of use
• Downloading a product and deciding it is not needed
• Change in personal circumstances
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
6. Content availability and changes
We reserve the right to:
• Add, remove, update or modify content at any time
• Change the structure, format or delivery of any product
Content is continuously developed and improved, for example when DVSA guidance changes. Access to specific videos or resources within a subscription is not guaranteed.
If we stop offering a product you bought with a one-off payment, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download anything you need first.
No refunds will be issued based on changes to content.
7. Intellectual property and usage
All content within our products is the property of Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd.
You may:
• Access and use the content for your own personal and professional development
• Edit our templates and documents to fit your own business, and use them with your own pupils and instructors
• For a School Compliance Pack, use it for every instructor who works with your driving school
You may not:
• Share your login details
• Distribute, reproduce or resell any content, in whole or in part, outside your own business
• Record, copy or share videos or materials in any format
Unauthorised use may result in termination of access without refund.
8. Account use
Your account and purchases are for individual use only, apart from School Compliance Packs as set out in section 7.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of:
• Account sharing
• Misuse of the platform
• Breach of these Terms
9. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
• Specific results
• Success in Part 2, Part 3 or a Standards Check
• Business outcomes
Templates, documents and guidance are based on DVSA guidance and good practice at the time they were written. They are not legal advice.
Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Professional responsibility
You are responsible for how you apply any training, advice, strategies, templates or documents provided in our products.
All instruction should be adapted appropriately to your learners, environment and current regulations. Templates and documents should be adapted to your own business and kept up to date, taking professional advice where needed.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones shown at the time you made it.
